Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, transport companies found on or through Log-Online, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by submitting this Form you agree that: (a) Log-Online shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such companies on Log-Online, and (b) any orders placed by you on, and any product specifications and product availability appearing on Log-Online are subject to confirmation by, and the terms and conditions of business of, the relevant company and (c) all transactions are undertaken at your own risk and judgment and that, under no circumstances, can Log-Online be held responsible.
You should ensure that you are able to make payments to meet agreed terms with your fellow Log-Online partners, in the time frame stipulated and without any national or financial barriers or restricts you from so doing. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the Log-Online website with no refund.
